Give a gift that will NOT end up in closet or regifted.

I will take your favorite photos and turn them into works of art that accentuates every detail of the original photo. These won't look like photos that have been converted to look like a painting in Photoshop in 15 minutes. I painstakingly recreate your image and you will be able to see every pencil stroke in what takes me between 1 to 2 weeks to create. I have never had an unsatisfied customer, having done this for over 30 years.

Most of my samples here are portraits (what most people want) but I can draw houses, cars, scenery. The photo just needs to be high resolution and decent composition and lighting. In other words a good photograph.

I will help you determine if your photo is a good candidate to use and you can send me multiple images to pick from.

PRICING

Pricing depends on the complexity of the photograph. A picture that is basically just a head shot (like the baby at left) is easier than some of the following pictures where there is background and some clothing. Backgrounds often take longer than the face, but they add much more interest to the artwork.

Headshot - $75

Head, shoulders, background - $100

Groups -$100 per person (discount possible for over 4 people)

PETS

Pets, the same deal; the cat at the left has more detail than I put in on any human face. The next picture of a dog is more like just a head shot.

CARICATURES

Caricatures are significantly more difficult than standard portraits and require much more time to develop. First I would need multiple pictures of the person from different angles. If you wish a caricature, please email me and we can discuss.
